Important terms
Pricing is based on a standard replacement and is subject to an on-site inspection. Permit fees, major ductwork changes, electrical service upgrades, asbestos remediation, chimney work, gas-line resizing, drywall or painting, and other concealed or unforeseen conditions are excluded unless listed above. Exact model, efficiency rating, availability, manufacturer warranty and labour warranty will be confirmed before acceptance. Any approved extra work will be documented separately.
